According to the document "The noticement of Zhuzhou municipal government
institution revolution scheme"(Zhuzhou municipal government[2001]No.16)
sending out by Zhuzhou municipal committee of C.P.C and municipal government
,Zhuzhou Intellectual Property Office(ZZIPO) is the governmental institution
authorized by Zhuzhou local government which resigned for municipal patent
work,coordinating and leading municipal IP affairs. |

Carry out state and provincial IP laws,rules,regulations and policies; draw, organise and actualize IP development programmes,instruct,coordinate municipal

Municipal patent laws and Regulatons execution,deal with patent bothers.

Patent inplement coordination;Patent market supervise and administration.

Draw,instruct,actualize municipal patent information network development programme.

Responsible for the general affairs of IPCLG(Intellectual Property Coordination leading Group),instruct the work of IPRA(Intellectual Property Right Association) and IA(Invention Association).

Instruct and supervise IP services agencies.

8. |
Undertake the works for municipal committee,municipal government and the Bureau of Science and Technology.
