November 29th,2004,with the lead of director GongShiyi(The director of HNIPO),the officials of ZZIPO went to Beijing for declaring Civil Intellectual Property Experimental City(CIPEC),and made a report of IP work of Zhuzhou.The leader from Coordination Section,SIPO,deputy director Gu and section chief Zhao listened to the reports from the local IPO,and looked over the declare documents for CIPEC of Zhuzhou.The leaders from SIPO fully affirmed the highly regards of IP work of Zhuzhou municipal council and municipal government. They said Zhuzhou had strongly innovate consciousness of IP work,had perfect IP institutions,abundant industrial fundation and economic fundation,at the same time,the number of Zhuzhou's patent application is the second biggest in Hunan province,and Zhuzhou accord the declare qualifications. Deputy director Gu pointed out that IPR work is an important assignment,the offcials worked on IPR should be thoughtful, experimental work should be considered on the perspective of national strategies.And the IP work of local government should joined with the key work of provincial office,state office,joined with local economic devolopment, spread to every section, and every vocation,and so on.
