The officials from Municipal Laws Office investigated the Laws Execution around the Zhuzhou city for 2004 annual. On morning, December 8th,the officials came to our bureau.The officials from Municipal Laws Office listened to our reports, checked-up our reglations,the records for Laws Execution,some systems documents and other documents,and asked some questiones to someone who responsible for them attentively.
    The officials were all considering our execution systems well,and the regulations were detailed (bincluding "The temporary method for Laws Execution Responsibilities Systems","The method for went behind Failed Laws Execution ", "The regulations about the process of Laws Execution", "The regulations about Patent tortious affairs deportation to police office","The temporary method for process of executive punishment") .In addition,our bureau established  tipstaff's registration form,and recorded paticular instances,including trainning,the times for Laws execution and the performence. All of this provided us a standard for each member's evaluation.All of the officials suggested that this methods should be spread around the city.At the same time,the officials also gave us some constructive advices,expected us do someting further,and provided a well atmosphere and condition for the economic devolopment in Zhuzhou.     (Peng Chunhai) (13th,Dec,2004)
