From November 10th to November 14th,with the leading by Deputy Director ZouMinsheng, HNIPO, the official of ZZIPO and some enterprise administrate members went to Shenzhen for investigating and studying IP administration experiences. With the leading by SZIPO(Shenzhen Intellectual Property Office), we came to tow large scale enterprises, Huawei and ZTE. ZTE is a joint-stock company domained by nation,and Huawei is a representative private enterprise in Shenzhen. In the period of investigation, the staff responsible for IP administration from the tow enterprises introduced some methods and experiences to us, especially the vice president. And we turely learned more from them. Through the investigating and studying in Shenzhen,we established thoroughly cognition on the construction of enterprise IP systems, the methods of IP administration, and operation system. At the same time, we have further thinking about the devolopment of enterprises, and how to joined IPR and the devolopment of enterprise closely.
