IPR Joint Conference was firstly hold by municipal IPR Coordination Leading Team on 17th, Sept,2004. Deputy major Zhangxiong (Chief of the municipal IPR Coordination Leading Team) was presented at the meeting, and gave an important speech. The meeting was hold by the secretary-general Liu Yuping (The secretary-general of municipal government). The chieves of 22 function sections of municipal government as the members of the municipal IPR Coordination Leading Team took part in the meeting, including ZZIPO (Zhuzhou Intellectual Property Office)、Municipal Industry and Commerce Administration Office、Copyright Office、S&T Bureau、Planning and Development Commission、Economic Commission、Bureau of Education、Zhuzhou Customs、Municipal intermediate people's court、Municipal Procuratorate、Police Office、Bureau of Judicature、Bureau of Financial、Bureau of Human Resources、Bureau of Agriculture、Bureau of Forestry、Bureau of Business Affairs、Bureau of Civilization、Broadcasting Office、Quality and Technique Supervisal Office and Foods and Medicines Supervisal Office.
    The meeting delivered to the spirits of National IPR Protection Videophone Meeting. Including Zhuzhou Intellectual Property Office、Municipal Industry and Commerce Administration Office、Copyright Office、Zhuzhou Customs、and Municipal intermediate people's court, the chieves of 22 sections reported the achievements and problems on IPR protection.At the meeting, the officials discussed "The Responsibilities of municipal IPR Coordination Leading Team" and "The Work Systems of municipal IPR Coordination Leading Team", and prepared to establish "The Ideas for strengthenning IPR Work Systems". Deputy major Zhangxiong listened to the reports attentively. He fully comfirmed the achievements made by the sections, especially to the Zhuzhou, China Track Communication Patent Info Centre (This centre is the sixth national patent info centre in China, and the only in Hunan province). He requested the centre should be constructed well, and pointed out: Zhuzhou have faced serious positions, the public should heightent the consciousness of IPR, and the power and methods of IPR protection should be enhanced further more. He requested that the sections should do responsibilities by themselves for each other, cooperated together, do the things which are benefit for Zhuzhou's economic developement and nation's behalf better.
    The meeting is a symbol of the formation of IPR Work Coordination, and make a strong foundation.
