In order to improving the administrative level of IPR, the provincial Intellectual Property Office hold the "Provincial IP trainning classes For enterprises" from 27th, Sept to 28th, Sept. The trainning classes were undertook by Zhuzhou Intellectual Property Office (ZZIPO) this time, the experts from Hunan Intellectual Property Office(HNIPO) gave the lessones, and there were 85 students engaged in the lessones in all.
   The trainning have there characters this time: Firstly, enterprises engaged actively. Under organizing by the Science and Technology Bureau of counties (cities) and districts, the students(The members chief in patent administration and technology) from more than 50 enterprises engaged in the trainning, occupied 90% of the total number. Secondly, the content of the lessones were lifelike. The experts gave the lessones on the following four topics:1、Patent Laws and Patent Systems. 2、Patent Laws Execution and Patent Strategy. 3、Trademark Laws and Trademark Systems. 4、Enterprise Patent Administration. Through the trainning, the students had pay more attentions on IPR protection, especially the IPR wars broke out between native enterprises and foreign companies. Thirdly, the attitude of the students were well. During the two days trainning, the students listened to the lessones attentively all the time, and pay the seriously applause for the experts, and communicated with the experts. After the classes, the student were conventionally believed: the trainning would play an important role on the patent administration work and technology innovation work.
   In addition, the other classes had been hold in Liling county on 16th, Sept. Director Gong Shiyi of HNIPO(The director of HNIPO), deputy director Zou Minsheng(Deputy director of HNIPO), section in chief Zhu Jiancheng(Section in chief, Integration And Administration Section of HNIPO), as the member of Liling Central Teaching Team, were specially invited to give lessones for the students.At the same time, some chief officials from enterprises and local government chief in industrial, also gave the lessones.The classes got the positive effect.
