Recently, the "Zhuzhou, China Track Communication Patent Information Centre" which were applicated by Zhuzhou Municipal Government、ZZIPO (Zhuzhou Intellectual Property Office)、Zhuzhou Times Electric Group(TEG), and was declared by HNIPO (Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Office) was certificated by SIPO (State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.China) formally.
   Based on the predominances of hardware facilities、human resources、technology and location on track communication high-tech, Zhuzhou become the researching and manufacturing centre on track communication fields in China. The ture purpose of the application is to gain the supports from SIPO based on the resources which TEG have, to strengthen the construction of the hardware and software of network, and finally to build the national track communication patent information database. Zhuzhou, China Track Communication Patent Information Centre will be built by ZZIPO、the industry administration section and the correlated enterprises. The centre run by the mode of government leading、industry and enterprises investing、administrating together and enterprises operating.
    "Zhuzhou, China Track Communication Patent Information Centre" database include the patent full-text literatures of 7 mian countries and 2 international cooperations. The project will paly an important role on 3 aspects: 1、Provide decisions for government. 2、Using patent info, make technology developement more efficiently, develop products at a high-level. 3、Provide the most complete and the most professional info on IPR and correlated industry for productions transforming、products developing、manufacturing、publicizing and marketing.
    The progress include 3 moments: 1、Initial construction. 2、Systems consummation. 3、Application and evaluation. At present, the progress is on the first moment. In the beginning of Sept, the research team will investigate the centre, and provide a scheme for the project. After the construction of the centre, it will heighten the abilities on the use of patent info and patent alarm, and achieved nation self-consolidate on track communication hign-tech fields.
