Beijing Secondly Intermediate People's Court well dealed with the 3 cases which Foshan TIANYI Audio & Video Product co.Ltd. accused Beijing Contemporary Classical Movie & Vision Culture Media co.Ltd. , Beijing JINHUA Marketplace and Changan Beifang Audio & Video Products Selling Centre for infringement of copyright adjacency right.
    The accuser Foshan TIANYI Audio & Video Product co.Ltd. expressed: the accuser acquired the legal right to copy and issue the VCD and DVD products( include "Song Zuying Vienna Golden Hall Solo Concert", "Song Zuying Sydney Opera Solo Concert") in China mainland monopolizingly under authorization by oblegee. During the course of copying and selling the products, they found that the defendants Foshan TIANYI Audio & Video Product co.Ltd. accused Beijing Contemporary Classical Movie & Vision Culture Media co.Ltd. , Beijing JINHUA Marketplace and Changan Beifang Audio & Video Products Selling Centre largely selling the copied the products without accuser's authorization. The illegal selling behavior made by 3 defendants seriously infringed accuser's legal rights and interests, and worked hugely economic losing and business reputation to the accuser. The accuser asked for the court judging 3 defendants stopped infringement behavior as soon as possible, made an apologize to the accuser publicly, compensated 20 thousand Yuan for the accuser's economic losing by each, compensated for the proper fees used for the cases 3 thousand Yuan by each, and were charge with the litigation fees for the cases.
    After Beijing Secondly Intermediate People's Court accepted and heared the 3 cases, the officials contacted the both parties positively, understood the details of the cases, and made intermediation between each other before the session. By attentive intermediation, the two parties made an agreement, and the defendants made an compensation for accuser.
