He consided S9 Chinese Inputting Software is a new product developed by "WANGDAOXINTONG" based on modern Chinese word structure analysis, and had obvious industry predominance. Because of the software in provided with special stucture of Chinese word characters and it can never be imitated by other companies, the facts about infringement of SIEMENS MOBILE is obvious. The behavior SIEMENS MOBILE added S9 Chinese Inputting Software in their products CL55 cellphone in the process of producing and selling with not authorized by "WANGDAOXINTONG" have infringed the copyright owned by "WANGDAOXINTONG", and SIEMENS MOBILE should take responsibilities for the infringement fact.
